WARRANTY
This warranty applies nrg mirror heaters installed for hotel bathroom mirrors and bathroom cabinet mirrors, nrg mirror heater warrants that when installed in accordance with the installation instruction provided, the electric heating pads are free of manufacturing defects for a period of fine (5 )years from the date of purchase.

We guarantee your satisfaction with each nrg mirror heating pad, should any nrg mirror heater not meet your satisfaction because of the manufacturing defect, simply return it to nrg, nrg will send a replacement to you.

Information about your warranty coverage:                          

This warranty does not cover damages or failure attributable to

1, defects or damage to nrg mirror heater, caused by installation that does not comply with the instructions provided with nrg mirror heater. The electric wires connection, should comply with your local rules.

2, the insulating films of nrg mirror heater damaged or cut during insulation or installed well.

3, the mirror is cracked due to the heated mirror is fixed tightly into the wall. When the heating pad heated the mirror, there is no gap for mirror’s expansion; normally 2cm distance is recommended.
