Working principle
NRG mirror heater adhered to the back of a mirror and wired to the power cord, effectively transforms electricity power into heat energy, which is transferred directly to the mirror. Heating up the mirror, effectively prevent from condensation of steam on the mirror surface. |
 |
Mirror heater Structure
Putting the heating element by a pattern into 2 insulated PET layers, connecting the heating
wires with the power cord. The self-adhesive heating pad will be affixed directly on the surface of the mirror backside. |
Technical details:
· Pad thickness: 0.4mm
· Voltage: 12V, 24V,110V-240V, 50Hz-60Hz
· Average temperature rise about: 15 Celsius
· Wattage: 200Watts/m 2
· Insulation material: PET
· Heating conductor: enameled wire
· Self-adhesive backing for ease of installation
· Cable lead : 0.8 meter of two core 0.5mm
· Terminal block: 30X30X5mm |
Wires connection
Several heating pads fitted to a single mirror should be wired in parallel. Care must be taken to ensure that the power supply is sufficient to take the load. Pads must not overlap as this could cause hotspots and possible damage to the mirror. |
